Harjot started out as an intern student from Bakersfield College in January of 2011. As time progressed, she has shown to the O'Dell Cross team that she has motivation, dedication, and excellence in her work. By April of 2011 she officially became a member of O'Dell Cross as an Administrative Assistant. She assists the front office and has been given the opportunity in assisting the firm in organizing, constructing, and dealing with our clients.

Harjot was born in Punjab, India. At the age of five, her family and she moved to the United States and settled in Bakersfield. Throughout the years she has attended Planz Elementary, McKee Elementary, Greenfield Junior High, and South High School. She excels in school and does her best to achieve her dreams and goals. She has been an honors student throughout high school and college. She has also maintained an excellent GPA of above 3.5. Apart from being an outstanding student, she is dedicated, intelligent, and a hard working individual.

In her free time, Harjot spends quality time with her friends, family, and her loved ones. She enjoys playing tennis, soccer, and basketball at local parks. She also spends many weekends traveling out of town to different places, exploring new adventures. Moreover, she likes to entertain herself by going to the movies and watching drama shows on television.

Harjot has recently received her Assosiate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bakersfield College. She has been accepted to Cal State University of Bakersfield, as well as many other great universities. She plans to continue her education in the Business field with a minor in accounting. Harjot believes she will bring forth her knowledge and commitment to the O'Dell Cross team and business.
