Robert became a team member of the Firm in August of 2002. Starting as an administrative assistant, Robert has held many positions within the firm. This has allowed Robert to gain a full understanding of just about every aspect of the firm and has nicknamed him "The Fireman" because of his versatility in solving day to day issues that arise with clients and teammates alike.

Robert is in charge of all of the operating functions of the Firm. This includes managing the Administrative department, taking care of all of the technological demands of the firm, Human Resources, personnel matters, marketing, as well as office security. Robert was born and raised in Bakersfield. As a bachelor, Robert has dedicated his life to his profession and his hobbies. During his free time, he can be found tinkering with his truck, playing with his german shepherd McBain, or at the local shooting range.
